  • How much are the classes?
    Classes are £8.25 each.
  • How do the free classes work?
    Your first class is free and there is no obligation to attend further classes. Please contact me through the site to book a place. The free class offer doesn't apply to the online video classes.
  • Who is pilates for?
    Pilates is suitable for anyone of any age and of any ability.
  • Do I need to book a place?
    Yes, all places must be booked prior to attending. You can contact me here to book your first session.
  • Do you have separate classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels?
    No, you can attend any class because each exercise can be adapted to your current level, enabling you to progress at your own pace.
  • Do I need to bring anything?
    Mats and equipment are provided although you can bring your own mat if you'd prefer. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring some water.
  • Do you run courses?
    I believe in offering my clients flexibility therefore you are not required to attend a certain number of classes or take them in a certain order.
  • Can Pilates help with long term medical conditions?
    Absolutely, I have seen significant results in improving the symptoms of people with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease and Meniere's disease. As each case is different, before attending a class please seek medical advice from your specialist or GP.
  • ONLINE – What support will I receive?
    Following an initial call to discuss your health questionnaire there is ongoing support via telephone, email or video call. If ever you are unsure about anything don’t hesitate to contact me.
